Gold Plated Wooden Buddha #186

This Khmer style wooden Buddha is hand carved and features a bowl that the Buddha is holding. Hefty in size but surprisingly lightweight, it is gold plated, measuring approximately 1.75 inches tall. 

Please note that while it may resemble real gold, the base of the pendant's mounting is actually 925 silver and a thin layer of gold is electroplated to achieve the desired look. Over time and with regular wear, the gold plating will wear off to reveal the silver base.
